At Grizzly Coolers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your rugged apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet the mark, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and secure.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
